It means the full ingredient list is on the label and on the product page, every ingredient is there for a functional reason we can explain in one sentence, and we exclude sulfates, parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrance and PEGs. No proprietary blends and no “fragrance” catch-all.

No — we curate. Emberly does not manufacture anything in-house. We select clean-label products from vetted makers and they ship to you from our supply partners. What we control is the standard: full ingredient disclosure on every product, and nothing in the range we have not used ourselves.

Apply on our affiliate page and we email your personal link and code once you are approved. Commission is set by the value of each order you refer: 10% below $500, 15% from $500 to $999.99, and 20% on orders of $1,000 and above. Referrals are tracked for 90 days and payouts are sent monthly via Zelle or Cash App once your balance reaches $50. There is no inventory to buy and no minimum order requirement — ever.

Send it back to us. We use eco-friendly packaging that can be recycled, and once you have collected 3 or more products or packaging items you can request a prepaid return label from your account or by emailing us. Ship the items back in one go and we will recycle them on your behalf — at no cost to you.

The box is $70.00 per quarter with shipping included, and your $1 waitlist fee comes off that price. Cards are charged in full on October 20, then every 3 months. The first production run takes about a month, so the first boxes go out to customers in early December, with delivery 7–14 business days after that. If a payment fails we retry once within three business days; a second decline takes you off the purchase list and you would reapply for a future box. We ship across the 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery then takes 7–14 business days on carbon-neutral ground shipping — that window covers the time it takes us to receive products from our suppliers and ship them out to you. Shipping on individual product orders is a flat $5.00 — one item or twenty, light or heavy, the delivery charge is always $5.00. The Subscription Box is the one exception: its $70.00 price already includes shipping, so no delivery charge is added to a box. Sales tax is added only on orders shipping to Oklahoma, where we are based, and only on the products themselves — shipping is not taxed. Oklahoma is a destination-based state, so the rate is the combined state, county and city rate for the address your order ships to — it varies by city, and the exact figure is shown on your order summary before you pay. Every other state ships tax-free.

Tell us within 30 days. Refunds are issued only if the product caused an allergic reaction or arrived broken or damaged. For any reason other than an allergic reaction or a broken product, no refund is issued — if a product is simply unsatisfactory for another reason, we issue store credit you can put toward other products instead. Because products ship from our supply partners, get in touch first and we will email you the right return address — do not send anything back before then.
